How It Started
I'm KatDragonz, an indie VTuber who debuted in August 2023. No agency behind me, no connections. I just showed up and started streaming because I wanted to entertain others. I was inspired by the early days of YouTube watching my favorite Minecraft and Let's Play YouTubers.
What I Saw
As I grew and got to know the community, I started to see how things actually worked. No one liked the little guys. No one gave us chances unless our numbers were big. No one would even look our way unless we had something to offer them first. You had to already be somebody before anybody would bother helping you out.
So I Did It Myself
I took things into my own hands and started making merch for myself. Figured it out as I went and messed up a bunch, but I kept going. Then it hit me that I wanted to do this for other people too. Creators who were getting passed over. Communities that deserved to see their favorite creator on a hoodie or a keychain just like everybody else.
What This Is Now
That's what KatDragonz is. A merch store for VTubers, artists, and streamers who want to give their community something real. We work with creators and help them get their own collection going. When you buy from here, that money goes back to the creator behind it. We don't care about your follower count. We care that you and your people showed up.
I built this because I got tired of being told I was too small. I got tired of watching other creators hear the same thing. Your community is right here supporting you, and that should be enough. It is enough.
