1. Starting Process & Creator Split

Creator Split: Creators get 20% of the total price of a product at the checkout (excluding transaction fees and shipping).
Example: A hoodie sells for $60. You make $12 (20% of $60).
Product Availability: Your products can stay listed as long as you wish.
No Minimums: Being a made-to-order platform, there are no minimum order or sales requirements.
No Start-Up Fees: Launching merch with us is free of charge.
Non-Exclusivity: You are allowed to have your art/merch on other platforms at the same time.

Payment Methods: PayPal.
Payment Schedule: Payments are made on the 1st of each month.
Basis of Profit Share: The commission is taken from the total sale price at checkout (excluding shipping & transaction fees), not after production costs.
Processing Fees: Standard processor fees (PayPal, credit card, etc.) are deducted from the amount before your 20% commission is calculated.
Hidden Costs: There are no such costs. Buyers pay any import duties/taxes in their country.

Artwork Requirements: You just need to provide artworks with commercial/merch rights (transparent PNGs, PSDs, or other high-quality formats). KatDragonz is responsible for print formatting.
Listing Approval: You get previews/mockups of your products before they are published, and you have the right to request changes.

Manufacturing & Fulfillment: All products are made-to-order through manufacturing partners.
Print & Ship Times: Most orders follow our standard production and shipping timelines, but acrylic keychains, pins, standees, dakimakura, and booba mousepads typically take longer to produce and ship.
Production Locations: Printing facilities can be found in both the U.S. and abroad for the purposes of optimizing shipping.

Copyright Ownership: You still keep the total ownership of your art.
Grant of Rights: You are granting KatDragonz the license to use your art only for merch production, marketing, and promotion.
Creator Branding: The creator page with each branded collection banner, bio, and socials is given to every creator.
Exclusivity: There are no restrictions. You can still keep doing your work independently or through other platforms.

Customer Support & Returns: KatDragonz (and our print partners) take care of all customer service, returns, and replacements.
Customer Contact: KatDragonz communicates directly with buyers. Creators do not handle customer issues.
Shipping Costs: Buyers pay for it at checkout which is done based on product type, quantity, and destination.
Out-of-Stock Items: There are almost no stock issues due to made-to-order production. If a product is discontinued by a supplier, we will change/remove the listing and alert you.

Agreement Basis: This FAQ is the primary agreement. If needed, a basic signed contract can be made available.
Chargebacks & Disputes: KatDragonz deals with payment processors and thus, creators aren't the ones who pay for them.
Business Registration: You do not need a business license, LLC, or tax ID in order to join the fun. Individuals are welcome to participate.
Taxes: KatDragonz collects sales tax where it is required. Creators are responsible for their personal income tax or VAT in their country.
Removing Products: You may ask at any point for your merch to be removed; typically, removals happen within 72 hours.
Unsold Inventory: There is no leftover stock! All products are made-to-order, so there is no risk of overstock.

Reuse of Artwork: Of course, you may use the same artwork elsewhere.
Leaving the Platform: Creators can leave anytime! Your items will be deleted immediately.
